Already have a list of property addresses — a county export, a driving-for-dollars run, or a spreadsheet from another tool? The property list importer loads them into a Revamp365 list in four steps: pick where they land, map your address columns, tag the batch, and start the import. From there you can skip trace, export, or push the list into your CRM. Nothing is imported until you click Start Import, so every earlier step is a safe preview.
Open the property list importer
Open Unlisted Property Search from the left navigation, then click Upload property list. The importer runs through four steps — Upload, Map Fields, Settings, and Results — shown down the left rail, and you can move back to any completed step. New to off-market search? Choose a destination list and upload your file
On the Upload step, first tell Revamp365 where the properties should land:
- Create new list — name a brand-new list.
- Add to existing list — pick one of your uploaded lists from the dropdown.
You must choose one before the upload button turns on. Then drag a comma-delimited CSV or TXT file (up to 100 MB) onto the drop zone or click Choose file, and click Upload & continue. Not sure of the format? Click Download sample CSV for a file with the expected columns already in the header row. Revamp365 reads your header row and the first few rows so it can suggest a mapping for each column.
Map your columns
On Map Fields, every column gets a Map to dropdown and a few sample values; columns Revamp365 recognizes show an Auto matched badge — double-check them. The targets are:
- R3id (Property ID) — the platform's own property ID. Map it when you are re-uploading a file you previously exported from Revamp365, so the original property records are preserved.
- Property Address, City, State, Zip Code — the location of the property.
- County, FIPS Code, APN (Parcel Number) — location identifiers.
Set anything you do not need to Skip. Before you can continue you must map Property Address, City, State, and Zip Code, plus at least one of County or FIPS — county and FIPS both identify the jurisdiction, so one is enough. No field can be mapped twice. A banner at the top tells you exactly what is still missing, and a Live preview of the first rows updates as you map so you can confirm the data lands where you expect.
Tag rows and attach saved map lists
On Settings you can label the whole batch and connect it to your saved lists:
- Tags — comma-separated tags applied to every imported row (for example,
probate, high-equity). - Map lists — tick any of your saved map lists (My Unlisted Lists) to attach matched property IDs. Rows that carry or resolve to a property ID are added to those lists; rows without an ID still import, but are skipped for the map lists.

Clean up a messy file with AI
If your file has odd delimiters, merged columns, or junk rows, click Messy file? Let AI clean it up for you on the Upload step. Drop the file, describe what to fix in plain English, and tick the box to confirm you understand it is processed by our AI provider. You get a before / after preview and the estimated AI usage cost before anything is applied; only a small sample of rows is ever shown to the model to build the cleanup plan, which is then applied to every row.
AI cleanup handles files up to 100 MB and 20,000 rows, and sets aside any rows it cannot place for you to download. When it looks right, choose Use this cleaned file to drop into mapping — then pick your destination list on the Settings step. The contacts importer uses the same tool; see import contacts from CSV.
Start the import and read the results
Click Start Import. Large files process in the background, so the Results step shows live progress — processed, created, skipped, and errors — and you can cancel while it runs. When it finishes you get a summary, and if any rows failed you can Download errors for a CSV to fix and re-import just those rows. If progress sits at zero for more than a few seconds, the background queue worker may not be running — ask your admin to start it.
What to do with an imported list
Once the properties are in your list, you can:
- Skip trace it to append owner phone numbers and emails — see skip trace a saved property list.

Troubleshooting
Most problems are flagged inline before the import starts. Here is what the common ones mean and how to clear them:

Frequently asked questions
Do I have to pick a list before uploading? Yes — choose Create new list or Add to existing list first. If you use AI cleanup, you pick the list on the Settings step instead.
Which columns are required? Property Address, City, State, and Zip Code, plus at least one of County or FIPS.
What is R3id? It is the Revamp365 property ID. Map it only when re-uploading a file you previously exported from Revamp365, so the original property records are preserved.
