A cover-email template is the message that carries your offer PDF to the listing agent. Save it once with merge tags, and Revamp365 fills in the agent name, property address, and offer price automatically each time you send.
Open the email template builder
- In the left sidebar, open Offer Bot (
/offerbot). - Click the Email Templates tab in the top tab bar.
- Click Add Email Template (top right). To change an existing one, click the pencil (edit) icon on its row.
The page lists every template you have saved with its Name, Subject, and a truncated Body preview. This feature is on the Pro, Scale, and Dealmaker plans.
Fill in the template fields
The Add/Edit dialog has these fields:

Both Subject and Body show a small (Tags enabled) hint, meaning you can drop merge tags into either one.
Add merge tags
Merge tags use double-brace syntax: {{field_key}}. To insert one:
- Click the Available Tags dropdown in the dialog.
- Pick a tag — it copies
{{field_key}}to your clipboard and shows a confirmation. - Paste it into the Subject or Body where you want the value.
Commonly used tags:
{{list_agent_first_name}}— listing agent's first name{{property_address}}— full street address{{mls_number}}— MLS listing number{{list_price}}— the list price{{offer_price}}— your offer amount{{offer_price_text}}— offer amount spelled out{{user_first_name}}and{{company_name}}— your name and company{{current_date}},{{date_plus_30}}— today, or today plus 30 days
A short body might read:
Hi
{{list_agent_first_name}}, please find our offer of{{offer_price}}for{{property_address}}(MLS{{mls_number}}) attached.
If a tag has no value for a given property (for example, a missing agent name), it renders as blank rather than printing the raw tag.
Click Save.
How the template fills in on send
When you generate and send an offer, you choose a PDF template and this email template together — both are required. Revamp365 then:
- Replaces every tag in the Subject and Body with that property's live data.
- Auto-fills the recipient with the listing agent's email when one is on file.
- Shows a preview so you can read the resolved message before it goes out.
Pair this with generating an offer from an MLS listing, then send and track the offer packet status to follow each offer through to a reply.
