Every Automated Offers send is written to Offerbot Logs. Use the tab to confirm delivery, download the attached PDF, and see who received the message.
Open the logs
- In the left sidebar, click Offer Bot.
- Open the Offerbot Logs tab.
Each row includes:
- File Name — the generated PDF
- Property — MLS number or address
- Subject — the merged email subject
- Sent To — the listing-agent recipient
- Offer Price — the amount you entered
- Email Status — whether the send succeeded
- Sent At — when it went out
Search the table, filter by success or failed, and download a generated file from the row actions.
What to expect after a send
By default the agent received the email from offers@revamp365.ai with your full name as the sender. You were CC'd at your account email (or company email), so the same message is already in your inbox for follow-up. Replies go to that Reply-To address.
If you route Offers through a connected inbox, look in that mailbox's Sent folder instead — the platform CC is not added on that path.
Failed rows mean the email did not leave successfully. Check the recipient address and try sending that listing again from Automated Offers.
