Subprocessors

Revamp365.ai uses the following categories of third-party service providers ("subprocessors") to host and operate the Platform, deliver communications, process payments, and provide product features. Each provider processes data only as needed to perform services for us, subject to contractual confidentiality and data protection obligations.

We may update this list as we add or replace vendors. We will post changes here and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. For questions, contact [email protected]. Our general privacy practices are described in the Privacy Policy.

Infrastructure and storage

  • Amazon Web Services (AWS) — cloud hosting, storage, and related infrastructure. See AWS Privacy.

Telephony, SMS, and AI services

  • Twilio — SMS/MMS, voice calls, phone numbers, and related messaging metadata. See Twilio Privacy.
  • Retell AI — AI-powered voice agents and related conversational processing. See Retell AI Privacy.
  • Google Gemini — AI-generated responses, summaries, and workflow outputs for enabled features. See Google Privacy Policy.
  • OpenAI ChatGPT — AI-generated responses, summaries, and workflow outputs for enabled features. See OpenAI Privacy Policy.
  • Anthropic Claude — AI-generated responses, summaries, and workflow outputs for enabled features. See Anthropic Privacy Policy.

Payments

  • Stripe — payment processing and billing for subscriptions and usage-based charges. See Stripe Privacy.

Email and communications

Identity, calendar, and CRM integrations

  • Google — sign-in (OAuth) and optional calendar connections when you enable them. See Google Privacy Policy.
  • Microsoft — optional calendar integrations when you enable them. See Microsoft Privacy Statement.
  • Salesforce and Podio — optional CRM sync when you connect those services. Refer to the respective provider's privacy policy when you connect an integration.

Property data and skip tracing

We work with third-party property, public records, and data vendors to power property analytics, comps, buyer search, skip tracing, and related features. Providers vary by feature and data source; they process information only to deliver the data services you request through the Platform.

Website measurement (when enabled)

On certain pages we may use analytics and measurement tools such as Google Analytics and Meta (Facebook) Pixel to understand traffic and campaigns. Use of these tools is governed by their respective privacy policies and your cookie and browser settings.
