What earns a commission
Commissions come out of subscription revenue. We would rather you know the boundary up front than find it on a statement.

Getting paid
Three things stand between an earned commission and money in your account. All three are visible on your Referrals page, so nothing is a surprise.
A 3-month holdback
A commission becomes available 3 months after we collect the payment behind it. That window is what lets a refund or chargeback be corrected before money goes out — which is why the program can afford to pay recurring rates at all.
A $50 minimum
Once your available balance clears $50, you are in line for a payout. Balances below that keep rolling forward — nothing expires.
An approved W-9
Upload your W-9 as a PDF on the Referrals page. We review it once, and after that you are cleared for every future payout. Payouts are issued by our team — there is nothing else to chase.

How much does the Revamp365 affiliate program pay?
You earn 8%, 16%, or 24% of every subscription payment your referrals make, set by your own plan: Free earns 8%, Pro+ earns 16%, and Dealmaker earns 24%. It is recurring — you earn again on every renewal for as long as they stay subscribed.
Do I need a paid plan to become an affiliate?
No. A free Revamp365 account gets a referral link and earns 8% on every payment its referrals make. Upgrading raises your rate on all future commissions — Pro+ doubles it to 16% and Dealmaker takes it to 24%.
How long does the referral cookie last?
Someone who clicks your link is tagged to your account for 30 days. If they sign up inside that window they are your referral permanently, and you earn on their payments for as long as they stay subscribed.
What payments earn a commission?
Subscription revenue only — the first subscription payment, every renewal, and the increase when a referral upgrades. Credit top-ups, usage charges such as skip tracing or SMS, and one-time implementation fees are not commissionable.
When do I get paid?
Each commission is held for 3 months past the date we collected the payment, which covers refunds and chargebacks. Once your available balance clears $50 and your W-9 is approved, our team issues the payout.
What happens if a referral cancels or is refunded?
The matching commission is adjusted so it reflects what we actually collected. Because commissions sit in the holdback window first, the correction normally happens before any money has been paid out.
