How affiliate commissions work

3 min read · 5 views

Overview

The Revamp365 affiliate program pays you a commission every time someone you refer pays for their subscription — not just once, but on every renewal for as long as they stay subscribed. Share your referral link, and anyone who signs up through it is permanently linked to your account.

Your commission rate

Your rate is set by your own plan — the higher your plan, the more you earn on every referral. Upgrading your plan raises your rate on all future commissions.

Your planYou earn
Free8% of every payment your referrals make
Pro+16% of every payment your referrals make
Dealmaker24% of every payment your referrals make

Upgrading pays for itself. Move from Free to Pro+ and your affiliate rate doubles from 8% to 16%; Dealmaker triples it to 24%. The rate is locked in on each commission at the moment it is earned.

What earns a commission

You earn on the subscription payments made by people you referred:

  • First payment — when your referral first subscribes to a paid plan.
  • Recurring renewals — every month or year they renew, you earn again.
  • Plan changes — if they upgrade, your commission grows with them.

If a referral downgrades or cancels and is refunded, the matching commission is adjusted so it reflects what we actually collected.

Sharing your referral link

  1. Open the Referrals page from your account menu.
  2. Copy your unique referral link and share it anywhere — email, social, your website.
  3. When someone visits your link, they're tagged to your account for 30 days. If they sign up in that window, they become your referral for life.

When you get paid: the holdback

Every commission goes through a short holding period before it becomes payable. A commission becomes Available three months after the date we collected the underlying payment.

Why the wait? The holdback creates an overlap that protects against refunds and chargebacks. If a referral cancels and is refunded shortly after paying, the commission is corrected before any money has gone out — which keeps the program healthy and sustainable for everyone.

On the Referrals page you'll see two balances:

  • On hold — commissions you've earned that are still inside the three-month window, with the date they become available.
  • Available — commissions that have cleared the holdback and are ready to be paid out.

How payouts are issued

Once your Available balance reaches the $50 minimum, our team processes your payout. Payouts are handled manually by Revamp365 — there's nothing extra you need to do beyond meeting the requirements below.

  • Your available balance is at least $50.
  • You have an approved W-9 on file (required for U.S. tax reporting).

Uploading your W-9

Before we can send a payout we need a completed W-9 on file. On the Referrals page, use Tax form (W-9) to upload your form as a PDF. Our team reviews it, and once it's approved you're cleared for payouts.

FAQ

Do I keep earning after the first month? Yes. You earn on every renewal for as long as your referral stays subscribed.

What if I upgrade my plan later? Your higher rate applies to every commission earned from that point forward. Past commissions keep the rate they were earned at.

Why is some of my balance "on hold"? Every commission waits three months past the payment date before it becomes available, to cover refunds and chargebacks.

When exactly will I be paid? Once your available balance clears $50 and your W-9 is approved, our team issues the payout.
