For over a decade, I've been buying, fixing, wholesaling, and holding in multiple markets. I did not need another “almost works” app—I needed real estate investing software that matched how investors actually work.
Deals were always there. They were buried under noise, stale exports, and tools built for agents—not for underwriting and volume. So we did what operators do when the right product does not exist.
