What Personal Information Do We Collect?
At Revamp365.ai, we collect personal information from visitors of our site to help tailor and enhance your experience. This may include information provided directly by you or automatically through your interactions with our site.
Depending on how you use the Platform, categories of information may include:

- Contact and CRM data you upload or sync (such as leads, phone numbers, and mailing addresses).

- Property-related and lookup data (such as addresses, records, and results from skip trace or buyer search).

When Do We Collect Information?
We collect information from you when you engage in various activities on our site, such as registering for an account, subscribing to a newsletter, filling out a form, signing in with Google, connecting calendar or CRM integrations, importing contact or property lists, placing or receiving phone calls or messages through the Platform, using AI voice or chat features, purchasing or renewing a subscription, opting in to receive SMS or text messages, or otherwise interacting with Revamp365.ai.
Voice Calls, Recordings, and Telephony
When you use voice, SMS, or related telephony features, we and our telecommunications vendors process phone numbers, call and message metadata (such as direction, duration, timestamps, and routing details), audio recordings where enabled, and transcripts generated for quality assurance, service delivery, analytics, troubleshooting, and compliance. You are responsible for obtaining any legally required consent for recording or monitoring as described in our Terms of Use.
We retain this information for as long as needed to provide the Services, meet legal and regulatory obligations, and resolve disputes, unless a shorter period applies to specific data types. In many cases, retention aligns with your account lifecycle and product settings. You may contact us regarding deletion requests as set out in the Data Retention and Contact sections below.
Artificial Intelligence and Automated Features
AI-powered features (including voice agents and related assistants) process content you provide—such as prompts, scripts, and the substance of conversations—to generate responses, summaries, and workflow outputs. That processing is performed to operate and improve the Services you request.
Our application integrates with specific third-party AI services, including Google Gemini, OpenAI ChatGPT, and Anthropic Claude. Depending on the feature you use, prompts, instructions, conversation content, transcripts, summaries, and related context may be sent to one or more of these AI services to generate the requested output.
Our AI vendors may process such content solely to provide those features, in accordance with our agreements with them and their published terms. We do not use your customer content to train unrelated, generalized public AI models except where we notify you and obtain any consent required by law.
Automated features may produce inaccurate or incomplete results. You should review outputs before relying on them for important decisions, as further described in our Terms of Use.
Billing and Payments
Subscription and usage-based payments are processed by Stripe (or another payment processor we designate). We do not store full payment card numbers on Revamp365.ai servers. We receive limited billing information from our payment processor (such as the last four digits of a card, brand, expiration, billing address elements, and transaction references) as needed to manage your account and invoices. Stripe's processing is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.
Contacts, CRM, and Data You Import
When you upload contact lists, property lists, or similar data—or sync a CRM—you instruct us to process that information on your behalf to provide the Platform. In GDPR terms, you are typically the controller for personal data about your contacts, and we process that data as a processor (service provider) according to your instructions as reflected in your use of the Platform and applicable data processing terms.
Individuals whose data you import should look to your privacy notice for how their information is used in your business. If we contact someone solely as your service provider (for example, to deliver a message you initiated), we do so only to perform the Services unless otherwise required by law.
Property Information and Data Services
Property-related tools (including analytics, comps, buyer search, and skip tracing) may process property addresses, ownership-related information, and similar data from you, public records, and third-party data vendors. We use this information to deliver the real estate workflow features you select. Data Services are not consumer reports under the Fair Credit Reporting Act and must not be used for FCRA-regulated purposes; see our Terms of Use for details.
SMS and Text Messaging
When you opt in to receive SMS or text messages (for example, from a business using our platform for marketing or conversational messaging), we and that business may collect your mobile phone number and your consent to receive messages. We use this information to send you messages, manage campaigns, and honor your choices. Message and data rates may apply.
We use a trusted messaging service provider to deliver text messages. That provider processes your phone number and message data only to deliver messages on our behalf and is bound by strict confidentiality and data protection obligations. We do not sell your phone number or consent to third parties for their marketing.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP (or UNSUBSCRIBE, END, QUIT, or CANCEL) to any message. After you opt out, you will receive no further marketing messages. For help, reply HELP. You may also contact us to request that we stop sending you messages or delete your phone number from our records.

- To request ratings and reviews of our services or products.
- To follow up after correspondence (live chat, email, or phone inquiries).
How Do We Protect Your Information?
We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, vendor security reviews where appropriate, and monitoring of our production environment. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Payment card data is processed by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers on our servers. Additional detail on security expectations appears in our Terms of Use.
Third-Party Disclosure
At Revamp365.ai, we do not sell, trade, or transfer your PII to outside parties for their marketing. We may share your information with trusted service providers who assist us in operating our platform and delivering services (such as cloud hosting, email, SMS, voice, payments, AI features, analytics, and integrations) under strict confidentiality and data protection agreements. A non-exhaustive list of key subprocessors and their primary functions is available on our Subprocessors page. We may update that list from time to time as vendors change.

Google User Data
What Google Data We Access
When you sign in via Google OAuth, Revamp365.ai accesses basic Google profile information, including your name and email address. If you choose to connect Google Workspace features, Revamp365.ai may also access the Google data needed for those features, such as permission to send Gmail messages you request from your connected account and Google Calendar event data used for scheduling.
How We Use Google Data
The name and email address we receive from Google are used to create and identify your Revamp365.ai account, authenticate you on return visits, and communicate with you about your account. Gmail and Google Calendar data are used only to provide the connected email and scheduling features you enable. This data is not used for advertising, profiling, or any unrelated purpose.
Limited Use (Google Workspace APIs)
The use of raw or derived user data received from Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We Do Not Sell or Share Google User Data
Revamp365.ai does not sell, rent, or share Google user data with any third parties. This data is not shared with affiliates, advertising networks, or data brokers. Service providers who may handle this data on our behalf (for example, hosting or authentication infrastructure) are bound by strict confidentiality agreements and may only use the data to provide services on Revamp365.ai's behalf.
Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your Google account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account or request deletion of your data, we will remove your name and email address from our systems within 30 days. To request deletion of your data, contact us at [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA)
Revamp365.ai complies with CalOPPA. Users can visit our site anonymously, and we maintain a prominent link to our privacy policy.
California Privacy Rights (CCPA / CPRA)
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the CPRA, may provide you with additional rights regarding personal information that identifies, relates to, or could reasonably be linked with you or your household. This section supplements the rest of this Privacy Policy.
Collection and use. The categories of personal information we collect and the purposes for which we use them are described in this policy (see "What Personal Information Do We Collect?" and related sections above). We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California law. We may disclose personal information to subprocessors who provide services on our behalf, as described under "Third-Party Disclosure" and on our Subprocessors page.
Your rights. Subject to applicable law, California residents may request access to certain personal information we hold, request deletion, correct inaccurate information, and obtain additional details about our practices. You may also have the right to limit certain uses of sensitive personal information where the CPRA applies. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
How to submit a request. Email [email protected] with the subject line "California Privacy Request." We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling your request. You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf where the law allows; we may require proof of the agent's authority.
Residents of Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, and other states with comprehensive consumer privacy laws may have similar rights. Where applicable, you may exercise those rights by contacting [email protected] and describing your request.
COPPA (Children Online Privacy Protection Act)
Revamp365.ai does not specifically market to children under 13.
European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland, applicable data protection laws (including the GDPR and UK GDPR) may provide you with additional rights regarding your personal data. Revamp365.ai generally acts as a controller for account and usage data related to our own customers, and as a processor for personal data about your contacts that you instruct us to process through the Platform, as described above.
Legal bases. We process personal data where necessary to perform our contract with you; where we have a legitimate interest that is not overridden by your privacy rights (such as securing the Platform and improving our services); where we comply with legal obligations; and where we rely on your consent when required.
International transfers. We may process and store information in the United States and other countries that may not provide the same level of data protection as your home country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms) for international transfers.
Your rights. Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object to processing, data portability, and, where processing is based on consent, to withdraw consent. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your country of residence.

CAN-SPAM Act
Revamp365.ai collects your email to:
- Send information, respond to inquiries, and other requests or questions.
- Send transactional or service-related email about your account, security, billing, or similar topics necessary to operate the Platform.
- Send promotional or educational email where permitted by law, which you can opt out of using the unsubscribe link in those messages or by contacting us.
We comply with the CAN-SPAM Act by including our physical address, monitoring third-party email marketing services where applicable, and providing a clear way to opt out of marketing email. Transactional messages may continue when you have an account or an ongoing relationship with us, as allowed by law.
Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Some data types (such as call recordings, transcripts, logs, or billing records) may be retained for different periods based on product configuration, legal retention requirements, or legitimate business needs.
