What is Revamp365?

Revamp365.ai is an AI-native, all-in-one platform for real estate investors. Deal sourcing, property analysis, owner data, a CRM, and outreach automation live in one place and share the same context, so the AI does the work across the whole business — finding deals, running the numbers, following up with leads — instead of being a feature bolted onto one tool.

Who is Revamp365 for?

Real estate investors and the teams around them: wholesalers, fix-and-flip investors, buy-and-hold and rental investors, and investor-friendly real estate agents.

Is Revamp365 a real estate brokerage?

No. Revamp365 is a software company and SaaS platform. It is not a real estate brokerage.

What can I do with it?

How much does Revamp365 cost?

• Free: no subscription. You start with $5 in usage credit and pay per action as you go.
• Pro+: $197 per month, or $1,970 per year. Adds the full CRM, SMS/RCS/email blasts, phone numbers, AI agents, calendar and scheduling, and more.
• Dealmaker Syndicate: $1,000 per month, by application. Adds external CRM connections, half-price communications, white-glove onboarding, and a deal guarantee.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. The Free plan needs no card. Verify your phone number to claim the starter credit.

How does pay-as-you-go work?

You buy credits and each action draws from them — for example, skip tracing is $0.15 per record on Free and $0.10 per record on Pro+. AI voice calls pass the voice cost through at cost plus a flat per-call fee ($0.35 on Pro+). Credits never expire.

How is Revamp365 different from PropStream, DealMachine, BatchLeads, or REIsimpli?

Many investors stitch together separate tools for property data, skip tracing, outreach, and a CRM. Revamp365 puts the data, MLS listings, CRM, automations, and AI in one system that shares context. Because the AI sits on the whole system rather than beside it, it gets more capable as AI improves, instead of adding another tool to manage.
