A proof of funds (POF) letter shows sellers and agents that you can close. Revamp365 includes a free Proof of Funds Generator that builds a formatted PDF from five fields and emails it to you, so you can attach it to an offer right away.
Open the generator
- In the left sidebar, expand Resources.
- Click Proof of Funds Generator. This opens the Proof of Funds Generator page.
You do not need a paid plan or any setup to use it.
Fill out the form
Every field below is required. If any field is left blank when you click submit, the form shows an error and does not send.

A few specifics worth knowing:
- Use the address picker. Selecting a suggestion fills the address that prints on the letter. Typing free text without choosing a result can leave the field empty.
- Cents are dropped. The price prints as a whole-dollar figure, so
85,000.00appears as$85,000on the letter.
Send and receive the letter
- Click Send Proof of Funds via Email.
- The button changes to Sending Email... while the PDF is built and delivered.
- A success toast confirms the PDF was sent to the email address you entered.
The letter is emailed to you, not downloaded in the browser. Check that inbox (including spam) and download the attachment from there.
What the letter says
The generated PDF is a standard one-page POF letter addressed "To Whom It May Concern," referencing your property and offer price. It states that funds are available to close on that property for the purchase price you entered, subject to final underwriting, and is issued on behalf of:
- RV3 Capital Investments, LLC (the named private lender)
- Signed by Ryan Moran, Funding Department, contact (215) 544-2128
Because the funding entity and signer are fixed, this tool produces a generic lender-style letter. If a seller requires proof tied to your own bank or your own lender, request that letter directly from that institution instead.
Troubleshooting
- "Please fill in all required fields" — one of the five inputs is blank, most often the address (confirm you picked a suggestion).
- Session or 419 error — refresh the page and submit again; the form will reload your session.
- No email arrived — if the page says your request was submitted but the email had an issue, the request is still saved and the team can resend it; re-check spam first.
