Map MLS, Contact, Computed, and Static Fields Into an Offer PDF

3 min read · 3 views

Once you have placed fields on a fillable PDF, you tell Offer Bot which data feeds each one. Mapping connects a PDF form field to a Revamp365 data tag, so listing details, your agent info, the offer price, and dates fill in automatically at send time.

Open the mapping panel

  1. Go to Offer Bot in the left sidebar.
  2. Open the Offerbot Templates tab.
  3. Find your template card and click Mapping. A small help icon on the button means no mapping is saved yet.

The dialog lists every fillable field detected in your uploaded PDF, with its field type (text, date, checkbox, image, and so on) shown in parentheses. If you see "No fields found," open the template's drag-and-drop field editor first with the Edit action on its card and place fields there — see upload a fillable PDF offer template for working in that editor.

Choose a data tag for each field

Each PDF field has a searchable Choose an option dropdown. Type to filter, then pick the tag that should fill that field. Tags are grouped behind the scenes into source types:

Category Source type Example tags
MLS / property Property Full, Property List Property Address, List Price, Bedrooms Count, MLS Number, Year Built
Agent / sender User User Full Name, Company Name, Brokerage Name, Agent License Number
Computed offer Offer Detail, Date Generated Offer Price, Offer Price Text, Offer Price Ratio (%), Current Date + 30 Days
Static text Static Text Company Slogan, Disclaimer Text

Notes that save you a support ticket:

  • Property tags pull from the MLS listing the offer is built on, so leave them mapped even if today's preview looks empty.
  • Offer Price and Offer Price Ratio (%) come from the offer you enter when generating, not from the listing.
  • Date Generated tags calculate at send time (for example, Current Date + 30 Days for a closing target).
  • Static Text tags insert fixed wording set on the field itself — useful for disclaimers.

Save and verify

  1. Click Save. You will see "Mapping saved successfully," and the help icon disappears from the template card.
  2. Reopen Mapping anytime to adjust — your previous selections reload per field.

Only tags marked active in the master field list appear in the dropdown, and each mapping is stored on that one template, scoped to your account.

Map fields once, reuse on every offer

After mapping is saved, generating an offer from a listing auto-fills the PDF using these connections — no retyping per deal. Continue with generate an offer from an MLS listing to produce the filled packet, then write the cover email that delivers it.
