Set Up Your Email Sending Domain

2 min read · 0 views

Every email blast, Deal blasts included, sends from a domain you own and have verified. Blasts never go out from a Revamp365 address. You set this up once in Integrations & Apps → Email sending domain.

Open the setup

  1. Go to Integrations & Apps.
  2. Find Email sending domain and click Set up (or Continue setup if you already started).

You can also open it from the email campaign builder when it asks for a sender.

Domain bought through Revamp365

If you bought your domain through your Revamp365 website, the first step shows You bought yourdomain.com through Revamp365 with a Set up yourdomain.com button.

  1. Click Set up yourdomain.com.
  2. Revamp365 adds the DNS records for you. There is nothing to copy into a DNS host.
  3. Verification runs on its own. Click Validate DNS to check right away.
  4. Once the domain shows Domain verified, set the From email and From name your blasts use.

A domain you already own

  1. Choose Authenticated domain and click Continue.
  2. In Domain, enter just the domain, like example.com. If you paste a web address such as https://example.com/, Revamp365 keeps only example.com.
  3. Leave Subdomain blank unless you want a specific one (for example em).
  4. Add a From name, the sender name recipients see. The From email can wait until the domain is verified.
  5. Click Generate DNS records.
  6. Copy each record (Host, Type, Value) into the DNS settings where your domain is managed, such as Cloudflare, GoDaddy, or Route 53.
  7. Come back and click Validate DNS.

DNS changes usually take 5–30 minutes, and sometimes up to 24 hours. If Validate DNS says the records are not valid yet, wait and try again, and check that each Host and Value matches exactly.

Verified reply email

Verified reply email confirms an inbox belongs to you so it can be a reply-to address. It does not unlock email blasts. You still need an authenticated domain to send.
