Manage My Deals: Upload and Track Wholesale Properties
My Deals is where you upload your wholesale properties, publish them to the buyer marketplace, and track interest from cash buyers. Find it under Wholesale Toolbox > My Deals in the left sidebar.
Access and the upload agreement
My Deals requires a Scale, Pro+, or Dealmaker plan. Starter and Pro users see an upgrade prompt instead of the board.
Before your first upload, click Review Agreement and accept the Property Upload Terms. You only do this once — after that, Upload Property opens straight to the form.
Upload a property
- Click Upload Property (top-right of the board).
- Search the address. Revamp365 auto-fills specs, taxes, and value estimates from property records when a match is found.
- Work through the five sections in the left rail: Property Location, Property Specs, Pricing & Values, Listing Info, and Property Photos.
- Fill every required field (marked with a red asterisk). The header shows a live "fields remaining" count, and Submit Property stays disabled until that count reaches zero.
- Add photos in the Photos section, then click Submit Property.
Required fields include street address, city, state, zip, county, structure type, beds, baths, sqft, lot size, year built, list price, status, listing office, listing agent, and a property description.
Deal status and badges
Each deal card shows a status and a sync state. Set status from the Pricing & Values section:
| Status |
When to use |
| Active |
Live listing seeking buyers (default) |
| Pending / Active Under Contract |
Under agreement, not yet closed |
| Coming Soon / Temp Off Market |
Not actively marketed |
| Closed |
Deal completed — requires Closed Price and Closed Date |
| Canceled / Withdrawn / Expired |
No longer for sale |
The corner badge tells you where the deal stands: Draft (not yet synced), Synced, or a green Live badge once it is published to the marketplace. Cards also show a days-on-market (DOM) counter and the listing price.
Track buyer interest
Each card shows action icons in the top-right corner:
- Views Histories — see who viewed the listing; the eye count on the card mirrors this.
- Address Request — buyers request the full address; a "Pending" badge appears when requests await your approval or rejection. Hidden addresses stay masked until you approve a request; toggle Address Visible / Address Hidden when editing to control this.
- Email Marketing — jump to an email blast pre-scoped to this property.
- View Live Property Detail — open the public listing (Live deals only).
Edit, close, or cancel
Click any card to edit it. Update price, photos, or status, then save. To mark a sale, set status to Closed and enter the closed price and date. To pull a listing, use the trash icon to Cancel it (this sets the status to Canceled, not a delete).
To put your deals in front of buyers, pair this with buyer search and your deal pipeline and run an email blast.
Run an Email Blast to a List of Contacts
Email Blast sends a bulk email to a targeted group of your CRM contacts using a six-step campaign builder. It is available on Pro+ and Dealmaker plans.
Before you start
Two prerequisites must be met or the builder will not load:
- Add and verify a company email address. Open the Email Blast page; if no company email is set, you will see a prompt to add one, then a prompt to verify it. The builder appears only after
company_email is verified.
- Only contacts with a valid email are eligible. Contacts missing or with malformed email addresses are automatically excluded from the recipient count and the send.
If your list lives in a spreadsheet, import it first — see import contacts from CSV and map columns.
Open the campaign builder
- In the left sidebar, expand Wholesale Toolbox and click Email Blast.
- On the My Campaigns tab you will see past campaigns. Click the Create Campaign tab to launch the builder.
Work through the six steps
The builder header shows your progress: Basics → Recipients → Property → Content → Tracking → Review.
| Step |
What you set |
| Basics |
Campaign name, subject line, and mode |
| Recipients |
Who receives the email |
| Property |
Deal details (deal blast mode only) |
| Content |
Header text and the email body |
| Tracking |
Open/click tracking and UTM tags |
| Review |
Confirm, schedule, and send |
1. Basics
Enter a campaign name and subject, then choose a mode:
- Deal blast — builds the email around a property you pick in the Property step. No extra setup needed.
- Custom HTML — your own HTML email. This mode requires a verified send-from identity and is locked until you add one; click the prompt to manage sender identities.
2. Recipients
Pick one of three options:
- All Contacts — every contact with a valid email.
- Filtered Contacts — click Add filters to narrow by tag, lead status, temperature, source, dates, engagement, custom fields, and more (the same filter set as the CRM). The live count shows "Filtered contacts (with valid email)".
- Selected Contacts — a hand-picked set.
To build reusable audiences, see use tags, saved views, filters, and lists.
3–5. Property, Content, Tracking
For deal blast, choose the property in Property (skipped for Custom HTML). In Content, write your header and body. In Tracking, toggle open/click tracking and add UTM parameters if you want analytics attribution.
6. Review & Send
Confirm the recipient total and details. Under Schedule, either send immediately or set a date and time. Click Send Campaign (immediate) or Schedule Campaign (queued for later).
After sending
- Use Save Draft at any step to finish later; resume it from the My Campaigns tab.
- Sent and scheduled campaigns appear under My Campaigns with per-campaign stats.
For text outreach to the same lists, see run an SMS blast campaign.
Use Buyer Search With Your Deal Pipeline to Find Cash Buyers
When you have a property under contract, Buyer Search helps you pull a list of nearby cash buyers and active investors so you can line up an end buyer while the deal moves through your pipeline. This walkthrough connects the two sides: finding buyers and attaching one to the deal.
Before you start
- Buyers Search lives under Wholesale Toolbox > Buyers Search (
/buyers/search) and requires a Pro+ or Dealmaker Syndicate plan.
- The Pipeline and the Push to Pipeline action are Dealmaker Syndicate only. On lower plans you can still build buyer lists, but you won't have deal cards to link them to.
Find cash buyers for the deal
- Open Buyers Search and stay on the Search tab.
- Enter the deal's address, then set the mile range and the search period (in days) to control how recent and how wide the buyer activity is.
- Run the search. Results show one card per investor, built from recent purchases in that radius.
- Use All / Page or tick individual cards to choose the buyers you want.
The Investor Search tab (Beta) is an alternate way to find buyers by investor name rather than by location.
Save buyers to a list
- With buyers selected, open Actions and choose Save to List.
- Pick Create New List and name it after the deal, or switch to Add to List to append to an existing one.
- Saved lists appear under the My Lists tab with a live buyer count.
Get phone and email for outreach
Saved buyers start as addresses only. Open My Lists, select buyers, then use the Actions menu:
| Action |
What it does |
| Skip Trace |
Appends phone numbers and emails; runs in the background |
| Deep Trace |
LLC/entity owner lookup (max 50 at once); background job |
| Export |
Downloads a CSV including any traced contact info |
Skip Trace and Deep Trace process asynchronously and email you when they finish. Successful traces create contact records you can pull into your CRM, where you can set lead status and temperature and reach out by SMS blast.
Attach a buyer to the deal
The buyer list and the deal are linked through a contact. On the Dealmaker pipeline:
- Open the deal, then go to its Contacts tab and choose Link Contact.
- Search for the buyer's contact, set the role to Buyer, and save.
To start a brand-new deal from a buyer or seller contact instead, open the contact, choose Actions > Pipeline, and the Push to Pipeline dialog creates a deal (defaulting to the Wholesale type). When the deal closes won, the linked contact's status moves to CLOSED automatically.
Take the deal to market
To broadcast a contracted deal to other investors, use Push to Market on the deal, which posts it to the My Deals marketplace. Pair that with your saved buyer list for direct outreach, and review the full flow in What is the deal pipeline.
