Search the Help Center and Bookmark Useful Guides
The Revamp365 Help Center has a guide for nearly every feature, and two tools make it faster to use: keyword search and bookmarks. Search finds the right article in seconds, and bookmarking pins guides to your Help Center home page for one-click access later.
Search by keyword
The search bar sits at the top of the Help Center home page at /help-center and on the search results page itself.
- Open
/help-center.
- Type a keyword into the box labeled Search documentation... — for example
skip trace, SMS blast, or automation.
- Press Enter or click the Search button.
Search matches your term against each article's title and indexed content, so you don't have to guess the exact title. Results are sorted alphabetically by title and capped at 50 matches.
Reading the results
Each result shows:
| Element |
What it tells you |
| Title link |
Click to open the full article |
| Category and read time |
Which section it belongs to and how many minutes it takes |
| Highlighted excerpt |
A snippet with your search term marked in context |
If nothing matches, you'll see No articles found. along with a Browse all categories link to fall back to the category grid.
Bookmark a guide
Bookmarking saves an article so you can find it again without searching. You must be signed in to your Revamp365 account to bookmark.
- Open any Help Center article.
- In the header next to the share buttons, click Bookmark.
- The button changes to Bookmarked with a check icon, and a "Saved to bookmarks" confirmation appears.
Click the button again to toggle it off; you'll see "Removed from bookmarks." If you're browsing while signed out, the Bookmark button is hidden — sign in first, then bookmark.
Find your bookmarks later
Saved articles live on the Help Center home page.
- Go to
/help-center while signed in.
- Under the My bookmarks heading, every guide you've saved appears as a direct link.
- Click any title to reopen that article.
The bookmarks list only shows when you're signed in and have saved at least one guide.
Track what you've read
Just above your bookmarks, the Your progress card shows the percentage of published Help Center articles you've opened, plus a "read of total" count. Use it alongside bookmarks to see how much ground you've covered. For more on the progress tracker, see track help center reading progress.
Tips
- Search terms are matched as a phrase, so a short keyword like
offer returns more guides than a long sentence.
- Bookmark the workflow playbooks you plan to repeat — like an SMS pipeline or a lead-nurture sequence — so the steps are one click away.
- Bookmarks are tied to your account, so they follow you across devices when you sign in.
Track Your Help Center Reading Progress and Knowledge Score
Revamp365 tracks every Help Center article you finish and turns it into a knowledge score so you can see how much of the documentation you've covered. Tracking is automatic and requires only that you're logged in.
How an article gets marked as read
You don't click a "mark as read" button. Revamp365 watches your scroll position and records the article as read once you've scrolled through about 85% of it.
- Log in to your Revamp365 account (tracking only works for signed-in users).
- Open any article under the Help Center.
- Read down the page until you reach roughly the last 15% of the content.
- Revamp365 saves that article as read in the background — no confirmation or page reload needed.
If an article is short enough that the whole thing fits on screen without scrolling, it counts as read as soon as you open it.
Where your knowledge score appears
Your knowledge score lives in the Your progress card at the top of the main Help Center landing page, just under the search bar. It shows when you're logged in and have the panel populated.
The card displays:
- A large percentage — your knowledge score.
- A line reading "X of Y articles read."
The score is calculated as articles you've read divided by the total number of published Help Center articles, rounded to one decimal place. As Revamp365 publishes new articles, the total (denominator) grows, so your percentage can dip even if you haven't lost any progress.
Spotting which articles you've finished
Inside any category, each article you've already completed shows a small Read label next to its title in the article list. Articles you haven't finished show no label. This makes it easy to scan a category and pick up where you left off.

Tips for keeping your score accurate
- Stay logged in. Reading progress is tied to your account. Browsing while signed out records nothing toward your score.
- Scroll to the end. Skimming the top and jumping away won't mark the article read — you need to reach the bottom portion.
- Bookmark first, read later. Articles you save appear in the My bookmarks list on the Help Center landing page, giving you a quick reading queue. Bookmarking does not affect your score until you actually read the article.
Your knowledge score is a personal progress meter, not a public ranking — use it to make sure you've covered the features that matter to your workflow.
