Getting Started with Revamp365

How-to guides from the Revamp365 Help Center.

What is Revamp365?

Overview

Revamp365 brings acquisition, marketing, and disposition workflows into one workspace built for real estate investors. This article explains the platform at a high level so you can orient your team and prioritize the modules that matter first.

Getting started

Create your account, verify contact details, and connect phone numbers or calendars where needed. Use the dashboard sidebar to jump between property search, CRM, SMS, AI voice, and wholesale tools.

How it works

Data flows from searches and campaigns into contacts and deals. Automations and AI features reduce manual follow-up while preserving visibility in activity timelines and reporting.

Pro tips

Start with one pipeline stage set, a clean tagging scheme, and a small number of saved searches—then scale once your team follows the same rhythm weekly.

FAQ

Who is Revamp365 for? Active investors and small teams who want speed without stitching together ten different tools.

How to Create Your Revamp365 Account and Get Set Up

Creating a Revamp365 account takes a few minutes: you sign up, confirm your phone by text, answer a short profile survey, and pick a plan. Here is the happy path from start to your first login.

Go to the Create your account page at /register. You have two options:

  • Sign up with Google — one click using your Google account.
  • Sign up with email — enter your first name, last name, email address, phone number, and a password (at least 8 characters).

Use a real, non-disposable email (Gmail, Outlook, or your work address). Each phone number can only be tied to one account, so enter the number where you can receive a text.

Verify your phone

Right after you submit, Revamp365 texts a 6-digit code to your phone and drops you on the verify phone screen. Enter the code to continue.

If this happens Do this
Code never arrives Click Resend to get a new one
You typed the wrong number Update the number on the same screen and a fresh code is sent
Code expired Request a new code and re-enter it

You must verify your phone before you can reach the rest of the app.

Check your email

When you register, Revamp365 also emails a verification link to the address you used. Open that email and click the link to confirm your address. If it is not in your inbox, check spam, or trigger a new one from the email-verification prompt inside the app.

Complete your profile

After your phone is verified, a short 4-step onboarding survey appears so Revamp365 can tailor the app to your business:

  1. Strategy — Fix & Flip, Buy & Hold, Wholesaling, BRRRR, and more.
  2. Markets — the counties, cities, or zip codes you target.
  3. Experience — roughly how many deals of each type you have done.
  4. Background — how long you have been investing.

Every step is optional. Use Skip this on any step, or I'll do this later to jump straight to the app.

You can revisit and complete your investor profile anytime from Settings > Professional Profile.

Choose a plan

Once you finish or skip onboarding, you land on the Unlisted Property Search (your home screen) and a plan dialog opens automatically. There are three plans:

  • Free — start sourcing with included credits.
  • Pro+ — everything in Free, plus expanded outreach and CRM tools.
  • Dealmaker Syndicate — everything in Pro+, plus the top-tier features.

You can stay on Free and upgrade later from the same dialog whenever you need more.

Where to go next

Your home screen is the property search. From here, get oriented with these guides:

Navigating the Revamp365 Dashboard and Main Menu

Revamp365 is built around a single left sidebar and a slim top bar. Once you know what each section does, every tool is one or two clicks away. After you log in, the dashboard drops you straight onto Property Search, your default home screen.

Where you land

There is no separate "home" screen with widgets. Logging in (or clicking the 365 logo) takes you to Property Search, the off-market property finder. From there you move around using the sidebar on the left.

The left sidebar

The sidebar collapses to a strip of icons and expands to show labels when you hover over it (on desktop) or tap the menu button (on mobile). The main sections, top to bottom:

Section What it does
Property Search Find off-market and public-record properties
Listing Search Browse active and pending MLS listings
Offer Bot Generate and send offers on listings
Contacts CRM Your lead database, tags, timeline, and tasks
Pipeline Track deals by stage (Beta)
Calendar Scheduling and bookings
Wholesale Toolbox Buyers Search, Email Blast, and My Deals
AI Voice & Chat Voice agents, SMS campaigns, and phone numbers
Integrations & Apps Connect external tools and webhooks
Resources Instant Comp, Market Data, calculators, and the Help Center

Property Search and Listing Search are open to every plan. Items like Contacts CRM, Pipeline, and the Wholesale Toolbox show a lock icon on the Free plan; clicking them opens an upgrade prompt instead of the tool. Wholesale Toolbox and Resources expand into submenus when you select them.

The top bar

The bar across the top holds your account-level shortcuts:

  • SMS hub opens your text conversations and unread count.
  • Missed-call tray surfaces recent missed calls.
  • Notifications shows account alerts.
  • Avatar menu (your initials, far right) links to My Profile, Referrals, Upgrade Account, and Log out.

If you are on the Free plan, a credit-balance pill appears near the bottom of the sidebar so you can see remaining usage at a glance.

The "More" menu

At the bottom of the sidebar, More holds the suppression and compliance lists: Suppress List, DNC Numbers, DNT Numbers, Spam Numbers, and Support Tickets, plus a light/dark appearance toggle.
