The Revamp365 Help Center has a guide for nearly every feature, and two tools make it faster to use: keyword search and bookmarks. Search finds the right article in seconds, and bookmarking pins guides to your Help Center home page for one-click access later.
Search by keyword
The search bar sits at the top of the Help Center home page at /help-center and on the search results page itself.
- Open
/help-center. - Type a keyword into the box labeled Search documentation... — for example
skip trace,SMS blast, orautomation. - Press Enter or click the Search button.

Search matches your term against each article's title and indexed content, so you don't have to guess the exact title. Results are sorted alphabetically by title and capped at 50 matches.
Reading the results
Each result shows:
| Element | What it tells you |
|---|---|
| Title link | Click to open the full article |
| Category and read time | Which section it belongs to and how many minutes it takes |
| Highlighted excerpt | A snippet with your search term marked in context |

If nothing matches, you'll see No articles found. along with a Browse all categories link to fall back to the category grid.
Bookmark a guide
Bookmarking saves an article so you can find it again without searching. You must be signed in to your Revamp365 account to bookmark.
- Open any Help Center article.
- In the header next to the share buttons, click Bookmark.
- The button changes to Bookmarked with a check icon, and a "Saved to bookmarks" confirmation appears.

Click the button again to toggle it off; you'll see "Removed from bookmarks." If you're browsing while signed out, the Bookmark button is hidden — sign in first, then bookmark.
Find your bookmarks later
Saved articles live on the Help Center home page.
- Go to
/help-centerwhile signed in. - Under the My bookmarks heading, every guide you've saved appears as a direct link.
- Click any title to reopen that article.
The bookmarks list only shows when you're signed in and have saved at least one guide.
Track what you've read
Just above your bookmarks, the Your progress card shows the percentage of published Help Center articles you've opened, plus a "read of total" count. Use it alongside bookmarks to see how much ground you've covered. For more on the progress tracker, see track help center reading progress.
Tips
- Search terms are matched as a phrase, so a short keyword like
offerreturns more guides than a long sentence. - Bookmark the workflow playbooks you plan to repeat — like an SMS pipeline or a lead-nurture sequence — so the steps are one click away.
- Bookmarks are tied to your account, so they follow you across devices when you sign in.
